I graduated from the Faculty of Science, Department of Computer Science, and furthered

my education at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), specializing in Business

Intelligence and Data Engineering. During this period, I developed expertise in essential BI

and DE skills, including SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Linux, the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS,

SSAS, SSRS), basics of Azure Cloud, and big data platforms like the Hadoop ecosystem.

Following my studies, I joined Huawei as a Business Intelligence Support professional,

working on the Huawei Mobile Money project. My role involved creating detailed reports to

monitor transaction statistics, customer data statistics, and service statistics. I utilized

SQL to extract insights on various transaction types and generated comprehensive metrics

for different organizations, enhancing their operational efficiency.

I implemented data pipelines to automate the delivery of CSV reports using BDI (Huawei's

ETL tool), and conducted daily quality checks to ensure data consistency and detect

imbalances or performance issues. My efforts ensured that financial transactions were

accurately tracked and that system performance was optimized. Additionally, I performed

regular checks to confirm the successful synchronization of data to the BDI server and

report delivery.
