•Directly manages the document control team. Provides coaching, mentoring, evaluating and operating and effective oversight of the team.
•Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and creation of templates tostandardize the change control process.
•Facilitates the Document Change Control process as well as monitoring the change order(CO) process through development, approval, and implementation.
•Provides routine guidance and troubleshooting assistance to system users.
• Ensures document changes follow company policies and procedures.
•Receives, classifies, files, audits, tracks, monitors, and maintains centralizeddocumentation archiving system of controlled Quality System documents according toestablished procedures.
•Develops, maintains, and reports Quality metrics for document control and relatedfunctions.
• Develops and implements continuous improvement projects associated with documentcontrol, records management, and training.
• Manages the documentation archiving process (production records) with off-site storageservices.
• Manages the employee training program.
• Provides support during internal and external quality and regulatory audits andinspections.
•Responsible for tracking/reporting departmental metrics.
•Participates in the development of departmental and individual personnel goals, tracks and monitors goals to completion. Participates in staff development and writing performance reviews.
•Sustain Coordination and communication between contractor and management.
•Preparing any technical documents needed as NDA, Project Information Memorandum, Proposals…etc.
•Being the center of communication between all stakeholders/JVs/consortiums for the organization.
•Manage the translation workflow with contractual translators;
•Coordinate, in liaison with management, with the communication network on different communication related strategies that requires alignment with the corporate guidelines;
• Support in applying corporate communication and Organization policy (CCP) and corporate communication strategy (CCS).
•Contribute to the events management of projects (launches, field visits, ceremonies, etc.) with a view to issue actionable recommendations to improve event management.
•Processing of translation from and into Arabic.
