In my previous capacity as a General Accountant, I was responsible for

Prepare, review, approve and post journal entries.

Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts.

Responsible for monthly closing in the Odoo ERP

Review employees’ custody & loans and to be settled on time

Preparation of payroll entries, prepaid and accrued expenses

Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

Reconcile and prepare all taxation reports & forms such as: VAT – WHT & Salaries Tax

File documents and records, support annual audit process with external auditors

Follow up related contracts such as rent contracts, and insurance at others / to others

Follow up social / medical insurance expenses & liabilities and other insurance policies

Follow up lease & loan agreements and related liability

Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the managers.
