-Follow up with other departments in case of need to facilitate the work process.

-Develop sales plans to improve sales and productivity.

-Follow up the delivery of refrigerated orders on time without delay and ensure that the temperature of the order within the required level.

-Follow up customer's Notes and complaints if found and resolved it as soon as possible with the concerned persons.

-Responding to customer's inquiries and Submit the service to suit their needs.

-Monitor the temperature of refrigerated items and print reports to show temperatures during the trip and take the necessary action.

-Follow up WhatsApp service and reply customers as quickly as possible, in addition sending notification messages through it.

-Support the import department through read the temptales and send the read outs for import department.
