I worked in blue Nile Mashreg Bank in many parts it's 4 part but all this part summary to learned me how to deal with customers When I started First month was in customer service,teller ,clearing check i worked how to deal with customers, control my emotions, solve the problem despite its hard another month in technical dept
I started with the email they have them own app email I was solving the technical problems with the customer and employee problems then they gave me this part to solved troubles alone. I was always going with my leader to see how to fix problems so when he was absent for something i can do his job
