•Monitors Production well performance ; i.e. well maintenance , well testing , oil & water sampling , well data input , etc.

•Mangement of the bean performance and critical flow of wells .

•Able to follow up all gas lift operations.

•Follow up all well intervention (Rig &Rigless).

•Good knowledge and experience of process safe operating procedures .

•Initial start-up and normal operation of the process plant .

•In process able to identify potential issues linked to the design and develop solution .

•Troubleshoot and study the problems for artificial lift & solve.

•Tested the wells even by test sep. or multiphase flow meters and monitors the production performance for the wells.

•Monitors and controls facilities in the respective plant areas.

•Take corrective actions during emergency situations and plant abnormalities.

•Checks that the work carried out by maintenance personnel is in accordance with the safety regulations and standard procedures.

•Carry out the job function in accordance with HSE commitment.

•Work within a team and achieve excellent results .

•Planning , organizing and delivering learning events for operational staff to enhance their competency in operations.
