The position's main purpose will be participating in developing the finance strategy for the company, ensuring that the strategy is in line with the Group’s overall strategic direction. My key job responsibilities

First task: - Financial management is simple to manage the movement of the money from the state of the company in order to achieve the highest return and the lowest risk and to carry out the task of the time value of money and how it can be used in financial decisions using the program Excel.

Task 2: - financial analysis Vertical financial analysis. (Which is to find the Relative importance of each item relative to the total aspect of the budget that) takes care of the phase beyond the financial statements and assesses the company's financial and administrative performance, planning, and forecasting the future.

Task 3:- in financial planning by financial modeling works a prophecy of financial statements using excel for 5 years and equals its analysis with excel

Task 4:- Feasibility Studies and Evaluation of Investment Projects

1-Financial feasibility study.

2. Calculate the investment cost.

3. Prepare a list of cash flows for the project.

4. Methods of evaluating projects and choosing the best ones.

5-Sources of funding for the project.

It also includes working with the Cost Control for the Project and Helping the Engineering & Sales Dept. To get the Cost budget for these Projects, Make Cash flow working sheets, prepare and update the Financial Analysis Ratio, and monitoring the site progress status along with resources and budget, provide the cost of the labor, material Mobilization the location of contract As Engineering requirements, preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management and client, preparing the monthly invoice for ongoing jobs for run payment, updating, and monitoring, works for ongoing activities in case of delay. In addition, determined the work already builds and work under processing by the Contracting Report for every contract until the management & owners how the jobs going on for all sites. And make a budget for materials by comparing the material we required in Tinder, and the actual material quantity we are using I make a Project budget between the Standard Cost in Tinder for Every Element & Actually Cost, and the difference between Costs also I work with 2 or 3 Bank for Making Investment & Bank Facilities for Now Project, also supply the management Balance sheet, Budget for New Contract, Cash flow & Financial analysis Statement of an ongoing project (Actual Work Completed and Under Processing.

I am precise, methodical, and analytically competent & Management & Owners have excellent communication skills.
