Since joining the Mathematics, Insurance, and Actuarial Sciences Specialization, I have had a great passion

for the subspecialty of “Machine Learning Algorithms” for risk forecasting. Actuarial science is the discipline that

applies mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk including several interrelated subjects, insurance,

mathematics, probability theory, statistics, finance, economics, financial accounting, computer science, and other

industries and professions. Subsequently, I registered my Ph.D. thesis in Specialization of

Risk Management, rare and distinguished specialty, integrated with Data Science Specialization.

Strategically, it was necessary to crystallize a unified AI theory machine learning as a uniform emerging

“FinTech” system for Price Forecasting and Risk Management in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals

(SDGs) in 2030

AND WELL-BEING in the competitive “InsurTech” industry internationally in outstanding-edge technology.

Additionally, implementation and management applications for forecasting in cooperation with experts in most

specializations (Economics, Healthcare, Energy, Meteorology, Biology, Bioscience, Marine, Genomics, Medicine, and

Finance). In cooperation with international American companies including applications specifically “AWS Amazon”,

and “Microsoft” across borders consciously and inclusively manner.
