Many ICT and infrastructure projects don’t fail because of technology — they fail because of poor visibility, weak governance, and lack of structured project management.

With more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications and ICT environments, I help organizations improve the way they plan, manage, and deliver complex technology and infrastructure projects. My work focuses on bringing structure, clarity, and visibility to projects through practical PMO frameworks, risk management practices, and data-driven reporting.

Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of ICT and telecom initiatives including infrastructure projects, telecom services, security systems, and operational technology environments. My role often involves coordinating multiple technical teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that projects move from planning to execution efficiently and delivering very high value to the stakeholders.

I hold PMP® and PMI-ACP® certifications, which support my ability to combine structured project governance with practical delivery. In addition, I build project performance dashboards using Power BI and Excel to help leadership teams clearly track progress, risks, and operational performance.
