- تنسيق الكتب والكتالوجات بلغات مختلفة (لغات الشرق الأوسط، اللغات الأسيوية، اللغات اللاتينية) بواسطة العديد من البرامج مثل (Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word)

- تنسيق الملف بشكل كامل بحيث يكون جاهز للتعديل أو الطباعة.

- تفريغ الملفات والمحاضرات الصوتية والفيديوهات بسرعة ودقة عالية (بالغة العربية) على شكل نقاط وعناوين وليس تفريغا سرديا أو بالتنسيق المطلوب.

- تصميم العروض التقديمية والتعليمية بشكل احترافي باستخدام برنامج Microsoft PowerPoint.

- إنشاء نماذج واختبارات واستبيانات على برنامج Google Forms.
