Graduation Project

Shakwa Tech is a system that uses natural language processing techniques to automate and improve the analysis and

management of citizens’ complaints and feedbacks in Egyptian Arabic it uses three models, sentiment analysis, summarization

topic classification, My responsibility was building back-end, I use two frameworks Django for build models, spring boot for build all

features, connect them by APIs, after I finished, I deploy them on Ec2 Amazon server.
