I have a diverse professional background that includes working in various roles within the design and customer service fields. Currently, I am employed as a Print Designer at Medpak Co in Amman, Jordan, where I specialize in creating printing and packaging materials for medicines and food products. Additionally, I have completed an unpaid training program at Arab Radio and Television (ART) in the Promo Department, gaining valuable experience in promotional activities. As a freelancer, I collaborate with stores and restaurants, and I also run my own business, offering customized printing services on mugs and other items. Previously, I worked as a Print Designer at Redline Press for four years, honing my skills in print design. I also have experience in customer service, having worked at Viber Telecom for five months before the company ceased its services in Jordan. With my diverse skill set and passion for delivering high-quality designs, I am committed to providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to their success.
