I am an HR professional and recruiter; holding a master degree in Business Administration and a bachelor degree in human resources management with 4 years of professional experience.
My experience covers the human resources management process from managing employees attendance, managing performance appraisals, conducting monthly payroll process, handling staff complaints, onboarding of new employees and workers and most importantly proposing and developing HR policies that contributes to the staff overall performance.
Additionally, my professional expertise strongly covers the field of recruitment in which I served as a recruiter and headhunter and managed to successfully close more than 20 vacancies for leading and known Palestinian organizations from various sectors and nature.
