Mohammed Jomaa Al-Najjar – Business Administration Specialist | Project Coordination & Operations Management

I am a Business Administration specialist and a high-performing university student with a cumulative GPA of 88.90%, and over three years of practical experience in project coordination and operations management. I combine strong academic knowledge with hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and improving institutional workflows, particularly in challenging work environments.

I currently work with Dar Al-Sabeel Foundation in Gaza, where I am responsible for organizing and following up on projects from the planning stage through execution, supervising vehicle movement for field activities, and ensuring effective coordination between teams and resources to meet timelines and operational goals. In addition, I serve as a supplier for the organization, managing procurement processes, securing project materials, and coordinating logistics and deliveries efficiently.

I have completed several professional training courses, including Project Management Fundamentals (PMP), professional skills development, and negotiation and persuasion. I am highly motivated to continuously develop my managerial and leadership skills and to contribute effectively to organizational performance, operational efficiency, and project sustainability through a structured and professional approach.
