The Director of Information Technology was responsible for the hardware, ERP (SAP), and infrastructure that allows the company and its sister companies to operate and serve to provide servant leadership for IT capability in three main pillars: technology, process, and people. This includes a focus on hardware and software selection, system support and management, networks, and databases, development and quality, project management, supervision of updates and system testing, recruitment and management of IT staff, and creation of training and update materials.
