Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience coordinating activities and services to support vulnerable communities. Most recently as Supervisor at Syria Trust for Development, I oversaw the implementation of community plans and activities, ensuring inclusion of all individuals. I also have experience establishing community committees, mapping local resources, and mobilizing community participation. My past roles have provided me with strong skills in needs assessment, resource management, and establishing referral mechanisms.

In addition, I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Aleppo University and have participated in numerous protection-focused trainings. I am proficient in both written and spoken English, which will allow me to effectively communicate and liaise with partners. My educational and professional background demonstrates my commitment to social services and humanitarian work.

I am adept at managing teams, developing capacity-building plans, and motivating staff to achieve goals. I am also well-versed in emergency response and have experience working flexibly in complex environments. Above all, I am passionate about empowering vulnerable communities and ensuring the inclusion of all individuals.
