I have been working in Human Resources field for the last 20 years in different industries: FMCG, Sales & Distribution, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, Outsourcing, Customer Service and Higher Education.

My area of expertise covered and not limited to; Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Personnel & Employee Relations, Wages & Payroll as well as Performance Management.

I had my “Human Resources Management Diploma” In the year 2004 with grade (A-) from American University in Cairo (AUC).

In addition to 10 years in the administration and customer service field.
