• Responsible for all team tasks on Infor & CRM systems.

• Responsible for the team archiving system.

• Attend the sales meetings and send meeting points and follow up

with them till achieving targets.

• Follow with the factory to check stock and Shipping instructions.

• Follow up with the customers for any issues.

• Follow up on the collection progress with the team.

• Send faxes to our customers (government account) and send an

original copy by the middle-east.

• Create reports on all sales data to the manager.

• Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the

business portfolio.

• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as

account take over, friendly fraud, theft, and similar other risks.

• processing.

• Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to

reduce potential revenue losses.

• Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction

patterns and trends.
