As a Network & Security Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide technical expertise and support in networks & security area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technical aspects of a project or operation run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This position requires a deep understanding of the chosen technical domain and the ability to troubleshoot/configure and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in the specific technical area you are responsible for, staying up to date with the latest advancements and best practices. Should know how to configure Switches, routers etc.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues by applying your knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and find innovative solutions to solve the RMA.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members, clients, or end-users in your area of expertise.
* Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions into projects and operations effectively.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of technical solutions and systems by implementing and monitoring industry standards and best practices.
