Project management is the planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of a project and the motivation of all those involved to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost,

The project consists of two phases:

First phase: execution of required structures only

Second phase: execution of finishing works and providing all the medical and technical requirements to run the hospital

Project objectives:

Construction of ( 3 ) attached buildings each of them has a ground floor and five upper floors

Execution of required masonry works for all buildings
