Designed and built a fully functional Automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from scratch using Google Sheets for Smartech, a B2B company specializing in licensed two-way radio communications and security surveillance solutions in Egypt.

The system was built to replace manual tracking and centralize all client data, sales pipeline, and after-sales service records in one accessible platform.

Key Deliverables

📋 Client Database — Structured customer records including contact details, company profiles, and purchase history

📊 Sales Pipeline Tracker — Lead stages from first contact to deal closure, with status tracking and follow-up reminders
