Objective:

To measure the effectiveness of ISO 9001 certification in improving service quality, efficiency, and citizen satisfaction across government departments.

Findings:

1- 70% of departments are now ISO certified.

2- Average satisfaction increased by 22.08% after certification.

3- Processing times reduced by an average of 744.1 days.

4- Complaint rate remains low at 16%, indicating high service quality.

Conclusion:

ISO 9001 implementation drives tangible improvements in government service delivery. Prioritizing certification, coupled with targeted training, leads to higher citizen satisfaction, faster services, and fewer complaints.

Recommendation:

Expand ISO 9001 certification to all departments, enhance training programs, and establish a continuous monitoring dashboard to sustain and scale improvements.
