Analysis of highest achieving employee during the last quarter

In this task a company asked me to analyse the performance of its employees in the third quarter of 2025, but while filtering people who have joined less than 2 months ago. Given the KPI structure they provided me and the number of days they took off as a holiday, I was able to calculate the percentage of target achieved using excel formulas and equations.
