Student Profile Management System

Developed a web application that allows users to efficiently manage student profiles. The application includes functionalities to add, view, edit, delete, and search student profiles stored in a MySQL database.

Add Student Profile: A user-friendly form for entering student details such as name, age, grade, subjects, and email.

View Profiles: Displays all student profiles in a structured table format for easy viewing.

Edit Profiles: Allows users to update existing student information.

Delete Profiles: Enables the removal of student records with confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.

Search Functionality: Quick search feature to find student profiles by name.
