‐ Oversee company payroll and performance evaluation systems.

‐ Design company policies and procedures.

‐ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

‐ Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.

‐ Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys).

‐ Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.

‐ Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application). ‐ Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly. ‐ Plan, review and monitor the recruitment, selection and interviewing process to ensure that the process is applied and the selection criteria are met.

‐ Supervise all personnel programs such as life and medical insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave, and any employee assistance.

‐ Oversee daily operations of the HR department
