Team leader Amazon UK

I was an operational team leader in Amazon UK for 3 years straight I was able to overachieve my targets throughout an understaffed team that consists of 7 members while the regular team should be 10, I was able to overachieve the targets for 3 months with this incomplete team.

I used to do members work I was doing the manager job and the 3 missing employee's tasks all by myself as I used to sleep only 4 hours every 2 days for a whole 3 month straight.
