Create the best-in-class employee experiences for our Clinics business unit., Ownership
and continuous development of the Clinics Employee Onboarding., In synergy with the
talent acquisition team, responsible for Clinics staff hiring., Work hand to hand with the
Central People team and partner with executive managers to develop and execute people
strategies and deliver results., Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend
solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement., Develop and
implement HR, procedures, policies and processes for the 360-employee life cycle. Conduct
a continuing study of all Human Resource policies and practices to keep management
informed of new developments.
