Scope of work
1- Design of pressure vessels, towers according to ASME sec. VIII Div. 1, ASME sec. VIII Div.2.
2- Design of Heat Exchangers according to ASME sec. VIII Div. 1, TEMA-R and API 660.
3- Design of air coolers according to ASME sec. VIII Div. 1, TEMA-R and API 661.
4- Prepare (MTS) and bill of material (BOM) for pressure equipment parts.
5- Creating the 3D Model of Pressure Vessels, towers, Heat Exchangers and air coolers Using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
6- Design of general arrangement and detail drawings.
7- Design of platform and connection details by using Autodesk Inventor Frame Analysis.
8- Reviewing of layout drawings.
9- Following up fabrication work with workshop and suggestions of solutions for fabrication problems.
10- Stress Analysis of static equipment using PV-Elite, FE pipe, and Inventor finite element analysis.
11- Thermal Analysis of heat exchanger using HTRI.
