Years ago In 2009, Markos fell in love with Film Editing, although at that time he started studying commerce, which he couldn't feel comfortable with, he decided to go much deeper

With editing and dedicated all his time discovering the Art and the magic of Editing.

His passion for movies and cinema made him leave his home town and came to Cairo to follow his passion and his dream,

Markos worked on a wide range of projects such as short films,documentary long features, music videos, commercial ads and trailers.

10 years ago he was dreaming to become a Film Editor and recently he won an editing award for his short film "Puppet Box" in 2017.

Markos believes, that movies is a great and unique language, that all people can

understand and allow them to express their thoughts, ideas, feelings and their human being.

Now he's working as an Editor in the Egyptian market. still exploring the magic and power of movies, and still keeping the beginner's mind, who always seeks to learn and always ready for new challenges in his profession.
