• Prepare PISR (Preparatory Investigation Studies Report) includes the Site Survey, Market research, the appraisal of the property and the

preliminary feasibility study

• Coordinating Electrical and Mechanical with the Architectural Documents

• Coordinating Structural with the Architectural Documents

• Prepare The Technical Studies in the feasibility study for constructions projects

• Attends Businesses Developments Meetings of the firm
