My Name is Ahmed Bassem Wagieh I'm 29 years old and from Alexandria and graduated from the faculty of archeology egyptology department I start my career as a Senior Accountant and customer serice at Alex oil solvent company for refining oil and gas as I answer inbound calls and satisfied customer needs answered customer questions and make outbound calls to introduce our service try to make an appointment with them face to face then I work at orange for 10 months as a part-time job as contact center receive inbound calls then I change my career to Retail field as I work as customer service at Etisalat that I handle the customer question and complains and give the customer value also try to make cross sales during the call after that my manager upgrade my position to be a supervisor for the branch to lead a team and handle customers faceto face and follow up with them and meet the target and KPI then I try to take a risk and come to UAE to improve my skills and meet different cultures as I start at Micro less for 40 days as a call center English and Arabic section the company gives me promises to provide my visa but I feel that I waste my time and my visit visa going to expired so I accept the offer from vape hub at Ajman as I answer inbound calls and respond to emails and social media platform to get customer needs and answer their questions then manager upgrade my position to be the manager for Abudhabi store

After that, I receive the offer letter from du to work as a customer service representative at their stores as I satisfy the customer in all authorized and possible ways to solve their problem and understand their needs and introduce to them what will be suitable for their situation and also follow up with any complaint through CRM, achieving my target and KPI now I work at Mediclinic middle east hospitals UAE as Patient Administration.
