oFeature for workers to mark materials as prepared in the app.

oIntegration of a QR code scanning system to validate items against the invoice.

•Loading and Shipping:

oSystem to track the loading of materials into delivery vehicles.

oFunction to match loaded items with the invoice via QR code scanning.

•Delivery and Customer Confirmation:

oFeature for drivers to view delivery addresses and customer details.

oOption for customers to sign electronically on the invoice upon delivery.

•Archiving:

oCapability for the warehouse manager to take and store electronic copies of signed invoices.

oSecure archival of invoices for record-keeping and future reference.

•As a warehouse head:

oI want to receive and view invoices on my device so that I can efficiently manage material preparation and distribution.

•As a warehouse worker:
