Introduction

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of virus that transmit by sex in both male and female where the percentage of asymptomatic viral infection ranges from 2 to 44 % in developed countries ( de Sanjosé et al., 2007). The virus persists in young men and women at the start of their sexual doings then the persistence of virus decreases with increasing the age due to the response of immunity against the infection and reduction of sexual doings (Chan et al., 2010). The increasing incidence of HPV infection among young female in England was 44% over a 3-year period (Woodman et al., 2001). Like among two populations of college women in the U.S. (Ho et al., 1998). Data from a cohort study in Brazilian women found that the increasing incidence of HPV infection was 23.6% over 18 months (Franco et al., 1999), an approximate like to that found in the U.S. and UK.
