Business description:
we have several properties
we rent them on daily, weekend or weekdays basis with different prices
each booking has a deposit, to be returned if property is ok
otherwise we deduct the damage and return the rest
each property has costs
We want calendar view, to show all bookings of all properties colorcoded
we want to create invoice for each booking
we want to scan bills and add them to the table expenses
