ترتيب تنظيم تركيب ومراجعة حسابنا في تطبيق ZOHO

مرحبًا،

انا بحاجة لشخص يقوم بعمل بعض الترتيبات في برنامج ZOHO حيث اني تعاقدت مع مستقلّ، وقدم لي بعض الحلول، وأريد اكمال العمل وترتيب ربط كافة ال modules مع بعضها بما في ذلك تعديل في بعض الاعدادات.

مرفق تفصيل المشروع كما تم ارساله للمستقل سابقًا:

3- Client management: Parents, franchisees, schools.

Parents: Childrens details, Payments, History, Notes, Open invoices, debt, TASKS.

Franchisees: Debt, contracts, notes, history, payments, invoices, tasks, deliveries details.

Schools: Projects, Projects details (Budget, number of lessons, number of hours, starting date, ending date, a day of the week, which hour, the instructor (and the contract with him), invoices, debt, deliveries details.

4- Courses management which include:

including payment tracking, student presence per lesson, book delivery, number of lessons, number of hours, starting date, ending date, a day of the week, which hour, the instructor, location, which students are in this course.

5- Workers management: Including history, contracts, projects, Hours, available day, ETC.

** It's so important to me to make some automations. Like: Whenever a student didn't come to the lesson for 2 lessons, then there parents will get an SMS (or whatsapp) about this. Or, whenever a school didn't paid after the project was done, then he'll get a reminder by SMS or whatsapp, or a reminder about a lesson 48 hours before the lesson.
