4. Content and Notification Management

o Update static pages including About Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy,

and FAQ.

o Broadcast system-wide notifications for updates or alerts.

5. Monitor Handovers:

o Track pickup statuses (Pending, Confirmed, Delayed) in real time, filterable

by provider type or location.

o Get alerts for unconfirmed pickups (e.g., 15 minutes past session end).

Provider App

The provider app is a mobile interface tailored for nannies/daycare, babysitters,

kindergartens, and teachers (in-home/outside), with type-specific fields for profiles and

services.

1. Registration and Authentication

o Register securely with phone OTP and email verification; select provider type

during signup.

o Login via password, OTP, or social options (Google/Apple).

2. Profile Management

o Create and edit detailed profiles including personal information, experience,

qualifications, and certifications (e.g., CPR for babysitters/nannies, licenses

for kindergartens).

o Include type-specific details: availability calendar and hourly rates for

individuals; capacity, facilities, and photos for places like kindergartens;

subjects and session types for teachers.

o Upload profile photos and video introductions (up to 90 seconds).

o Set visibility options and pricing packages (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly).

3. Booking and Scheduling

o Receive, accept, or decline booking requests with details on children, dates,

times, and service requirements.

o Manage calendar for availability, including recurring slots and last-minute

o View upcoming and past bookings with statuses (confirmed, completed,

cancelled).

2. Profile and Child Management

o Apply filters for provider type (nanny/daycare, babysitter, kindergarten,

type-specific information (e.g., capacity for kindergartens).

o Save our favorite providers for quick access.

o Post job listings for providers to apply, specifying needs and preferences.

4. Booking System

o Initiate bookings by selecting provider, children, dates/times (daily, weekly,

monthly, with auto-default logic and editability).

o Calculate costs transparently based on rates, duration, and number of

children, with breakdowns displayed.

o Add new children during the booking process.
