Implementing figma design

I already tried implementing some parts, but a few things didn’t go well, so I need your help to fix and complete them:

1. Design Fixes

The main navigation bar (with Home, etc.) is missing from the top.

The calendar and its columns are not active/functional.

The property cards look too large and not user-friendly. I’d like them to be in a slider/carousel format like the top section.

Overall layout feels messy—sizes and proportions need to be adjusted for a cleaner, consistent design.

2. Three Portals

Guest Portal: for normal users booking properties.

Owner Portal: for unit owners. Once they log in with their email, they should see their units with full details:

Booked days vs available days.

Total revenue.

Net profit for the current month.

A “Payout” button to request immediate transfer.

Internal Operations/Housekeeping Portal:

Dashboard of all units in each area.

Units should show as Clean or Dirty with comments.

When a guest checks out, Ops marks the unit “Dirty.” Housekeeping gets notified, cleans it, and then marks it “Clean” → Ops makes it “Available” again.

3. Policies & Content

Add a Policies, Terms, and FAQ section (I will provide the text).

4. Pricing Logic

Ops/Admin should be able to add internal percentages on each unit:

Example: Owner price 1000 EGP.

Add 20% company fee + 14% tax.

Only the final price shows on the website; internal numbers remain hidden.

5. Channel Manager Sync

Integrate with Booking.com and Airbnb so when a unit is booked on one platform, the calendar blocks the same days on the others.

Owner’s revenue should update automatically across portals.

6. Payments

Integrate Paymob and also support Cash on Delivery (COD).

Allow deposit or full amount at checkout.

7. Map View

Add a split view: map on the right, unit listings on the left, so clients can browse both at the same time.
