In the initial stage, vendors are expected to submit their proposals, which may consist of
multiple specifications that require varying prices. These proposals should detail their
approach, methodology, technical expertise, and specifications related to the use of materials
in delivering the branding services as outlined in the RFP.
Scope of work
Branding Research & Concept Development
• Walls & Murals – Large-scale graphics showcasing tournament identity, football
heritage, and Saudi culture withing the tournament.
• Glass Partitions & Office Spaces – Frosted/printed branding with team colors, motifs,
and AFC Asian Cup elements.
• Reception & Entrance – High-impact branding with digital displays and welcome
signage.
• Corridors & Common Areas – Thematic designs, wayfinding signage.
• Meeting Rooms & Executive Offices – Thematic room naming and high-quality
branding decals.
• Signage & Wayfinding – Interior/exterior signage, emergency exits, interactive
directories.
• Printing & Promotional Materials – Banners, posters, and branded materials for official
use.
• Stand Screens for Advertisement and Internal Announcements:
o Supply and installation of branded digital stand screens in building corridors
and common areas.
o Screens will be used for internal communications, event announcements,
branding messages, and visual content related to the AFC Asian Cup 2027.
o The design and placement of the screens should align with the overall branding
and interior aesthetics of the LOC facilities.
o Vendor shall propose recommended screen sizes, technology (e.g., touch or
non-touch), and content management solutions.
o Minimum requirement: Easy-to-update digital signage software or integration
with the organization’s existing communication system.
• Employee Desks – QR Code Branding Element:
o Production and placement of QR codes linking to the LOC Branding Handbook
on all employee desks.
o The QR code shall be printed on high-quality, durable material (e.g., acrylic or
laminated card) and designed in alignment with the LOC’s visual identity.
o Placement to ensure visibility and easy accessibility for quick reference.
o Purpose: To promote consistent branding practices across departments by
giving employees direct access to brand guidelines.
