Intel Corporation and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization ( UNIDO ) through its Arab International Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment ( AICEI ) in Bahrain, are leading a global initiative to support sustained economic growth in the Arab region: Through an advanced online platform, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub, the two partners will support the development of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); young innovators and entrepreneurs will be able to access online courses to improve their business skills and to receive business counseling and mentorship. At the same time, they will also obtain access to potential financial and technology partners Furthermore, the Hub aims at becoming an online community for MSMEs and at developing into an international collaborative ecosystem, which is supportive of business projects through online information and knowledge exchange, including the sharing of best practices.
