ترجمات أدبية متفرقة

في هذا الملف، أرفقت عددًا من نماذج التربية الأدبية التي قمت بها. أحد كتبي المفضلة هو "الضوء الأزرق" للكاتب حسين البرغوثي. لطالما أحببت زخم لغة البرغوثي وأوصافه، وبما أن اللغة الإنجليزية ليس بوسعها الإلمام ببحار التشبيهات العربية، خطر لي أن أترجم عددًا من الاقتباسات التي لطالما جذبت انتباهي في "الضوء الأزرق".

إن في الملف أمثلة على نصوص متفرقة ترجمتها من روايات أخرى من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى العربية.

In this file, I attached a number of literary translations of The Blue Light by Hussein Barghouthi. I have always been fascinated by Al-Barghouthi's brilliance. However, it has came to my notice that English as a language cannot compete with Arabic when it comes to poetic devices and other literary similes. Thus, I took it upon myself to challenge English in an attempt to transcribe Al-Barghouthi's artfulness.
