- Sharek is a mobile based solution to enable citizens and beneficiaries to assess and evaluate the services they get from governmental organizations or service providers using a simple, accessible tool (Mobile Application and SMSs). Sharek also allows users to track their issues that are being processed in a given organization easily. Sharek should be able to change the manner in which governmental organizations, service providers and employees by considering beneficiaries
