Pharma Store Management System

The purpose of this system is to improve the manual manipulation with

data and information systems in pharmacies to design information

systems sales, purchases and checking inventory of drugs in drugstore

become more efficient.

This system is directed to the management and organization of pharma

store systems and registers everything related to sales and purchases

and Discarded orders, modifying the balances of items in stores, as well

as accounts of vendors, clients, expenses, treasury, etc.

This system has the ability to keep track of the products stock, purchase

and sale. This project intends to computerize Pharmacy Management

System in any inventory Organization in order to improve the record

management efficiency due to the grown size of records of data.

the system has ease of recording data and also accessing it and does not

need much experience with the computer to operate it, therefore it is not

required that an expert be required to work on the system and allows

work with the Expiration date and sale in units such as tablet and tape and

also allows work using the product name in the sale or item code and the

system contains a large set of reports on items, sales and analytical data.

This system provides many services such as screens for Employees,

Vendor and Clients Registeration, Insert New Products And Categories,

Determine the Monthly Expenses , Vendor and Clients Transactions

,Real-time Reports for vendors and clients, All Transactions that Done

during the month ,Treasury Report, Purchase and Selling invoices , sales

and Purchase invoices.
