The development comprises 109 detached two storey houses providing two, three and four bedroom accommodation. Construction is in concrete block, with a pitched timber truss roof carrying red clay pan tiles. Internal finishes include ceramic floor tiles throughout the ground floor, full carpeting to bedrooms, and stairs and fully fitted bathrooms and kitchens. Each house has a shaded patio off the living and dining rooms and covered car port. Six of the house types also include staff quarters, all houses are equipped with a fully integrated airconditioning system.
