Designed and developed an interactive HR Payroll Analytics Dashboard using Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, DAX, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts. The dashboard provides key HR insights through dynamic KPIs, interactive slicers, and visualizations, enabling efficient analysis of payroll, employee distribution, overtime costs, bonuses, deductions, and regional performance.
