Excel BI Dashboard & Production Tracking System for Cement Factory

Developed an Excel-based BI and production reporting system for a cement factory to replace manual reporting and provide a clear view of daily and monthly production.

The solution unified data from the Crusher, Quarry, and Plant into a standardized dataset using Power Query, including Unpivot, Conditional Columns, and Append Queries.

Built an interactive dashboard with KPIs, charts, Slicers, and Timeline controls for dynamic analysis.

Developed an automated production allocation tracker for two storage piles (Pile 1 and Pile 2), using cumulative calculations and MOD logic to automatically switch production between active piles based on confirmed deliveries, without VBA.

Added protected data-entry sheets and dropdown lists to reduce input errors, along with one-click PDF reporting for management.
