Proofreading and Editing

I want to show you what I can do when it comes to checking and fixing texts. I make sure the writing is nice and clear. It is ready to be published or translated.

Scope of Work:

Proofreading and Grammar Correction:

I fixed problems with subjects and verbs not agreeing. For example I changed "reads" to "read" and "help" to "helps".

I also fixed mistakes with nouns that're not countable. For example I changed "informations" to "information" and "knowledges" to "knowledge".

I. Fixed spelling mistakes and I made sure the right words were used. I also fixed problems with pronouns. For example I changed "there" to "their" and "spends" to "spend".

Editing and Making the Text Flow Better: I changed the way sentences were written to make them easier to read and to make the tone better while keeping the meaning.

Getting Ready, for Translation: I made sure the original text was good and accurate so it could be translated into Arabic correctly.

Tools and Skills I Used

My skills include translating from English to Arabic, proofreading, editing and making sure the grammar and style are good.

I used Microsoft Word to do this work. I used the Track Changes and Error Resolution tools.
