Actual vs. Target Productivity Dashboard & Chart Design

This project involves data analysis and the creation of a combination chart (Combo Chart) designed to track and compare Actual Performance (represented by the blue bars) against the Required Target (represented by the continuous red line) over a specific operational period.

Objective: To provide management and decision-makers with a clear, visual Gap Analysis between actual output/orders and established benchmarks. This enables quick evaluation of operational efficiency and helps identify periods of underperformance or peak productivity.
