• Architected a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS with database-level tenant isolation, wildcard-subdomain routing, and

split-payment merchant payouts via Paymob integration for the Egyptian market.

• Built AI-native operations features: natural-language POS order entry, natural-language analytics, and an AI

business advisor generating marketing copy, powered by Groq Llama 3.3 70B.

• Implemented generative storefront onboarding that auto-generates a theme, layout blocks, and starter catalog from a

text description of the business, plus a conversational AI theme editor.

• Integrated Redis-based rate limiting, cloud file storage, background job processing, and transactional email delivery.
