Sales Performance Dashboard Using Power BI

I designed an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard using Power BI to analyze sales data and track business performance clearly.

The dashboard includes key performance indicators such as Total Revenue, Total Quantity Sold, Total Orders, and Average Order Value. It also shows revenue analysis by category, top products by revenue, payment methods, order status, and revenue trend over time.

I used Power Query to clean and transform the data, then created interactive visuals and KPIs to help understand sales performance and support better business decisions.
