Online TA was the highest-performing market segment in hotel bookings. Adults represented the largest guest category among all customer types. Most booking cancellations came from the Online TA segment. City Hotel recorded higher cancellation rates compared to Resort Hotel. Weekday stays were slightly higher than weekend stays. Booking and cancellation trends remained relatively stable between 2015–2019. Reservation status analysis showed close values between canceled and confirmed bookings.
